　FLASH EVA01 基板アートiPhone7 Plusケースは、電池無しで胸部のコア部に実装したLEDが光ります。
基板CADでデザインし、基板に電子部品を実装した基板製iPhoneケースです。電波でLEDが光る回路が搭載された本物の基板です。

基板の裏面（2層目）にはアンテナ回路があり、iPhoneが発する強い電波をキャッチし、基板の表面（1層目）に構成されている回路で電圧と電流を高めてLEDが光る仕組みです。通常時は光らず、iPhoneが強い電波を発した時にランダムに光ります。情報量の多いGoogle マップや地図アプリを使用した時や、エレベータや地下街でiPhoneが位置情報を探している時などに光りやすいです。

エヴァンゲリオン初号機デザインでは、胸部のコア部に2mmの赤色LEDなど、電子部品は合計27個実装しています。FLASHシリーズの基板はデザイン性を重視するためPAD ON VIAという高密度基板で使用する加工法を採用し、回路を形成しています。電池無しでLEDが光る回路は特許出願中です。

FLASH EVA01 基板アートiPhone7 Plusケースは、約14万ラインでエヴァンゲリオン初号機を緻密にデザインしました。基板CADでデザインをしなければ基板は出来ません。基板CADはデザインソフトではないためマウスで一つ一つ線を引いていきます。細い線で0.1mmの配線パターンで緻密にデザインされています。日本らしいコツコツ努力の積み上げで描かれています。日本デザイン、日本製造です。海外の友人へのプレゼントとしても喜ばれると思います。

基板は金メッキ処理をしています。電子部品を実装後、超クリアな樹脂で封止しております。黒のギフトボックスに梱包致します。

iPhone7 Plusケースの素材は、PC（ポリカ）からＴＰＵ（熱可塑性ポリウレタン）へ変更しました。TPU は、ゴムのようなしなやかな弾力性と硬質プラスチックのような強靭さを合わせ持つ高分子化合物です。
