FLASH Darth Vader 基板アート iPhone ケースは、電池無しで銀河帝国の国章に実装した赤色LEDが1個光ります。iPhone自身が発する電波を電力に変換し、昇圧することでLEDが光ります。通常時は光らず、強い電波を発した時に光ります。iPhoneの電波で光るためランダムで光ります。情報量の多いグーグルマップやアプリを使用した時や、エレベータや地下街でiPhoneが位置情報を探している時などに光りやすいです。
光る仕組みは、基板の裏面にあるアンテナ回路が、iPhoneが発する微弱な電波をキャッチし、基板の表に回ります。表面には増幅回路が組まれており、電圧と電流を高めてLEDを光らせています。電池無しでLEDが光る回路は2020年に特許を取得しました（特許番号6667777）。
基板CADでデザインをしなければ基板は出来ません。基板CADはデザインソフトではないためマウスで一つ一つ線を引いていきます。「Darth Vader ™」デザインでは、ダースベイダーのマスク図を基板ＣＡＤで緻密にデザインしています。細い線で0.1mmの配線パターンで緻密にデザインされています。黒、金、白の3色のみでデザインしており、基板用白インクのドットでダースベイダーのマスクの立体感を出しています。
電子部品を実装後、実装部品を保護するためにクリーンルーム(クラス1000)で人の手により表面張力で樹脂がいっぱいになるまで1個1個樹脂でコーティングし、手作業で部品に付いた気泡や樹脂表面の埃を取り除きます。日本で設計、製造しており、全ての商品はRoHS対応品(鉛不使用商品)です。基板は金メッキ処理をしています。ギフトボックス梱包でギフトにもお使いいただけます。

iPhone 14 ProケースとiPhone 14 Pro Maxケースの素材は、ＴＰＵ（熱可塑性ポリウレタン）素材を採用しています。ＴＰＵは、ゴムのようなしなやかな弾力性と硬質プラスチックのような強靭さを合わせ持つ高分子化合物です。ケースにはストラップホールが付いています。
